Email Setup & Configuration for Accounts on our Window Server  Print this Article

When you set up an email account using a desktop application such as Mac Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, the application requires specific information about your email account.

  • Mail server username: username@yourdomain.com
  • Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (port 2525) 

Incoming & outgoing server settings require authentication.

  • Supported incoming mail protocols: POP3, IMAP
  • Supported outgoing mail protocols: SMTP
