I'm getting a "535 Incorrect authentication data" error when sending or receiving email  Print this Article

If you are receiving this or a similar error message and you're certain the email settings for your account are correct please open a new support case.

This error is commonly caused by a permissions problem with your mailbox which is located on the email server and is normally easy to correct.
